With the 2023 NFL Draft 194 days away. It’s never too early to get to know some of the top players to watch in the coming months. This season has been going like most fan would have expected. But that’s why we need to get a familiar with the players who could be wearing black n’ gold next season.

These are the players that I’ve been watching the past couple of weeks. And are also ones that could have an impact next season on this team.

Steelers Players to Watch: Week 6 Vs Buccaneers

This is a big game for the 1-4 Steelers who are looking to turn their season around against the Buccaneers. The Steelers defense is coming into this game pretty beat up, and to go along with that this offense is looking to find their identity.

This is going to be a tough game for the Steelers special teams with 10-15 MPH SSW winds along with 20-25 MPH wind gusts.

Steelers Injury Report for Week 6 vs. Buccaneers

This is going to be a tough week with all the injuries the steelers have on defense, for them to stop Tom Brady and the Buccaneers offense.

But this week also gives the steelers a chance to what the depth players can do. This is epically a big game for 2nd year defensive linemen Isaiahh Loudermilk, who should be getting a helmet for the first time this season. Loudermilk really showed up big last season as a rookie.

Chiefs Updated Practice Squad

The Chiefs re-signed Defensive End Benton Whitley to their Practice Squad Friday.

Whitley went undrafted following the 2022 NFL Draft. He later signed with the Rams, who later released him as a part of the final roster cuts.

Whitley’s career stats at Holy Cross. 42 Games, 49 Tackles, 5.5 Sacks, and 1 Forced Fumble.

The Rams signed former 49ers Long Snapper Kyle Nelson to their Practice Squad.

Nelson was an undrafted free agent who signed the Saints following the 2011 NFL Draft. Since then, he went on to play for the Chiefs, 49ers, Eagles, Chargers, Seahawks, and Commanders.
