Steelers Players to Watch: Week 2 vs. Patriots

It was a nail-biting win for the Steelers in overtime last week. This offense looks to show the league what they can do this week against the Patriots. This is the first game between these two teams without Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger.

The Steelers Defense looks to continue the dominant play they showed last week even with the loss of TJ Watt. Malik Reed will look to fill in for TJ the best he can while he’s out.

Steelers Players to Watch Week 1: @ Bengals

For the first time in eighteen seasons the steelers are taking on the defending AFC North Campions without Ben Roethlisberger on the Roster. The Bengals are coming off of a super bowl season.

Joe Burrow and the Bengals are looking to repeat. But this retooled Steelers team is looking to show them why they are still the King of the North, and why the North runs though Pittsburgh.

TJ Watt and the boys are looking to show Joe Burrow just how physical this game is, and always will be.

Draft Prospects to Watch in Today’s Games Week 2

This a good week to get a good look at some of the Quarterback prospects for the 2023 NFL Draft. Four of the top ten Quarterbacks are going against some good defenses.

Some of the players I really want to get a better look at this week are DL Calijah Kancy (Pittsburgh), QB Hendon Hooker (Tennessee), Edge Will McDonald (Iowa State), and Safety Demani Richardson.

Workout Report for Tuesday 9/6

It was a busy day for tryouts around the league. Thirty-two players had tryout with two players getting visits. Among those players four were signed to Practice Squads.

Something to remember is how important these workouts are for players, even if they don’t get a contract right away. The more the more type they get out there better. These workouts are even more important for the teams, it helps there pro scouting department to be able to put a short list together for the Coaches and GM to be able to sign a player if an injury happens or poor output from a position group.
