2023 NFL Draft Prospects: Quarterbacks

This is going to be an interesting Quarterback Class. Compared to last season, this is a much deeper class with more talent. It’s going to be interesting to see how the battle between CJ Stroud and Bryce Young is going to play out.

This class could produce at least four to five first round picks. Someone like Miami’s Tyler Van Dyke and Kentucky’s Will Levis could have their name called on Day 1.

It’s starting to get to the busy time when teams start wrapping up the signings of their Draft classes.

The Ravens have signed a pair of fourth round picks OT Daniel Faalele and CB Jalyn Armour-Davis Saturday.

I was looking at the Browns roster yesterday; I started thinking they have a lot of players that could be on the bubble to make the roster this season.

Some of these players before free agency and the draft I thought were at least going to be backups on the roster or practice squad players. But now it’s not so clear.

I find one way to learn about the prospects for NFL Draft is from mock drafts, it makes it easier to get an idea of who some of the prospects will be.

Youngstown State 2023 NFL Draft Prospects

Youngstown State has produced a number of NFL players over the years. In the past five years three Penguins have been drafted. The highest one draft was Derek Rivers who was the Patriots first draft pick in 2017.

Even with the effects COVID had on the FCS and small school players, the Penguins still found a to produce NFL talent. The Colts drafted former YSU TE Andrew Ogletree in the 6th Round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

For this season two of my favorite players to watch are DE James Jackson and WR Bryce Oliver.

Robert Morris 2023 NFL Draft Prospects

It’s been a long time since a Colonial was drafted. The last Colonial to be drafted was RB Tim Hall in the 1996 NFL Draft by the Raiders. This is one of those teams that was affected in 2020 by Covid, they only played three games.

A lot of this team in made up of Freshmans and Sophomores.

A couple of my favorite players are RB Alijah Jackson (Senior) and Safety Lorenzo Euline (Junior).
