The Steelers have officially trimmed their roster to the initial 53-players. A few notable players they released are Rodney Williams, Dex Fitzpatrick, Jonathan Ward, John Rhys Plumlee, and Thomas Graham.
The Steelers also placed five players on the Reserve Lists.

I love training camp. It is interesting to see who are locks on the team. This year it is a little different. Our Quarterbacks room is completely new. We still would like to have one more starting wide receiver as a number 2.
I have a list of 46 on the roster as of now. So, let’s get to my list.
Steelers Training Camp is well underway. So far, they have stayed pretty healthy through the first 5 days of camp. The worst injury has been rookie WR Roman Wilson who is week to week with an Ankle injury.
With the first week of camp almost in the books. I was looking to see who I think are locks to make the 53-Man Roster. I came up with forty-six players who should be locked in.
Let’s get to it.
The Steelers are starting Training Camp two days. So, I was thinking who could be on the bubble this training camp. Some of these players have only played for them since being drafted, and made plays for the team. And contributed to wins.
Let’s get into the bubble.

It’s that time of the year again. Training Camp is about to kick in to full swing. Then it’s go time for Football to officially be back with the start of the pre-season.
The Steelers are scheduled to start training camp in ten days on July 25th. This year is going to be different since most of the practices are to take place in the morning, instead of the afternoon. They only have five days where practice is scheduled for an afternoon or evening.
This is my first projection for the 53-Man Roster or the season. I’ll be posting a second one after the first week of training camp.
Let’s get into it.

The Steelers have signed five players right after the seventh round ended. They have been busy the past couple of days, with inviting players to tryout during their Rookie Minicamp. And they also made a couple of more signings today.
Something interesting they are doing this year is hosting free agent CB Anthony Averett for a tryout during their Rookie Minicamp.
Let’s get into the moves.

The Steelers 2024 draft class is in the books. They came away with so much talent. Even though they haven’t even played a down for the black n’ gold they are going to be game changers.
Omar Khan and Andy Wiedl have definitely become the draft duo we have needed to compete in the AFC North and to make a run for our seventh ring.
This draft class is reminding me of old school smash mouth Steelers football. Every Championship team we had was built in the trenches.
Let’s get into the draft class.

Undrafted Free Agents
The Steelers have had a very busy couple of weeks rebuilding for the 2024 season. They have fixed a couple of positions of need adding Russell Wilson, Justin Fields, Patrick Queen, Donte Jackson, DeShon Elliott, and Cameron Johnstone.
They still have a few needs like Center, Wide Receiver, and Defensive Line as of now. It’s not a deep class at the Center position, but there are a few you can find later in the draft that would be good players in the AFC North.
They still have time to add another Wide Receive either in free agency or a trade. There are still several Defensive Linemen they can add with free agency.
Let’s get into the Draft.

Pick 26 (from Buccaneers): Cooper DeJean, CB Iowa

It’s that time of the year again. Teams are busy going to Pro Days, signing free agents, and hosting prospects for pre-draft visits. The 2024 NFL Draft is only 33 days away.
The Steelers have been especially busy in free agency and the trade market. But they have been even more busy in the scouting department. They already have 9 players scheduled for a pre-draft visit. With some big-name prospects among them.
Let’s get into the visits.
