The NFL Draft is the highlight of my year. I enjoy looking for the diamonds in the rough and turning them into stars.

Many today are in the win it now mode. This way of thinking can come back to bite them. I still like building a team from the ground up. Draft picks are the way for most teams to be a champion.

So, let’s get started on my first round 1 draft. See how I feel the first round could fall.
