It was your average Monday for tryouts or visits, very slow only seven players that got a workout. Out of the seven, one player got signed to a practice squad.
This has been a tough season so far for the Steelers with a 2-5 record. The steelers have several needs, at this point this are the positions I can see being potently draft targets.
The Steelers definitely need help on both sides of the ball, but the defense needs the most help.

Round 5 Traded to the Seahawks for CB Ahkello Witherspoon.
Round 6 Traded to the Broncos for OLB Malik Reed and a 7th Round Pick.
The Browns announced Thursday, they have re-signed Linebacker Dakota Allen to their Practice Squad. Allen signed a 1-Year Contract with the browns back in June, he was released during the final roster cuts. Allen has spent time during the regular season on both the active roster and practice squad.
It was a very slow day around the league for tryouts, only five players were brought in for a tryout. Although it was a good day for players to be signed to a practice squad, so far two players have signed.
It was a pretty busy day around the league for players being brought in for visits and tryouts. Fourteen teams hosted players for a tryout. So far nine players that had either a tryout or a visit have signed a practice squad contract.

This is a big game for the 1-4 Steelers who are looking to turn their season around against the Buccaneers. The Steelers defense is coming into this game pretty beat up, and to go along with that this offense is looking to find their identity.
