2023 NFL Draft: February Top 10 Wide Receiver Rankings

by James Layton

I am on my 3rd position rankings. Wide receivers are probably my favorite to watch and evaluate. So, I will probably change my mind a few times between now and the draft depending on how the combine and pro days progress.

Let’s get started:

  1. Quentin Johnson, TCU
  2. Zay Flowers, Boston College
  3. Jordan Addison, USC
  4. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State
  5. Jalin Hyatt, Tennessee
  6. Parker Washington, Penn State
  7. Josh Downs, North Carolina
  8. Nathaniel Dell, Houston
  9. Rome Odunze, Washington
  10. Rashee Rice, SMU
